• Applications should also include two sets of attested copies of all relevant transcripts/ degrees including CNIC, two passport size photographs and proof of experience.
• Candidates in Government/Semi Government services should apply, through proper channel. Applications should be addressed to Manager (HR & Admin) Punjab Health Facilities Management Company (PHFMC).
• Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview.
• Successful candidates shall be offered job against the advertised position on contract basis as per terms and conditions finalized by the PHFMC Board. The said appointment on contract basis for specified period and shall never be regularized. The PHFMC Board and selected candidate reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time after affording one months' notice or depositing one months salary in lieu thereof.
• PHFMC reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without giving any reason.
• No TADA is admissible.
